WHO THE FUCK AM I?

I’m the bitch that ran away to Mexico ;)

I’m originally from Canada, but in 2022 decided to throw my shit in a storage unit and book a one way ticket to Mexico. Little did I know I would end up meeting my best friend and marrying him.

I started my fitness journey at 17 following along to YouTube videos in my parents basement. And it was NOT smooth sailing. I tried all the diets, multiple different training programs, but still struggled with binge eating staying consistent in the gym. I had an unhealthy relationship food, and did not feel comfortable in my body.


In 2020, I went through a really bad break up that was the catalyst I needed. I left that relationship not recognizing myself, I felt so lost and weak. It stripped my confidence and I needed to build it back. That year I went all in on myself and my journey. My only goal was to get STRONG! Not just physically, but mentally as well. Eventually I got into powerlifting and stepped on a platform for the first time in 2022, which was exhilarating.

 

For the last 3 years I have helped hundreds of women lose the weight, get stronger, and get their confidence back by encompassing all aspects of their health.

Truly loving the woman staring back at you in the mirror is not about a certain weight. It’s about learning how to start choosing yourself! Setting healthy boundaries, listening to your intuition, and acting in alignment with the woman you want to become.

Can dieting slow my metabolism?

Yes! Most diets out there get you results because they significantly cut your caloric intake. Thats great, until you gain all of that weight back. Your body is designed to keep you alive, so if you cut your calories for too long, your body will naturally burn less calories over time, therefore slowing down your metabolism. Diets also reinforce a very unhealthy relationship with food which leads to unhealthy eating patterns, which can also be the reason for a sluggish metabolism.
